Freedom Foods was founded with a mission to provide delicious and safe gluten free food options. When my husband was diagnosed with Celiac disease, coupled with my own dietary restrictions, I realized the difficulty we face surrounding everything from small social gatherings, office luncheons, to larger social gatherings/events. Throughout this journey, I discovered how much of a need there was need for inclusion and enjoyment in social settings, and the fact that it really doesn’t exist as far as gluten free is concerned.  Wouldn’t you like to attend a gathering and not have to worry about the food? As both a chef and a pastry chef, I bring a unique skillset to the table, ensuring that every dish I create is not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. I believe that everyone deserves to enjoy amazing food without worrying about dietary restrictions.  I am dedicated gluten free and accommodate all other dietary restrictions.  I also offer a wide variety of dairy free, vegan, and dye free cakes, pastries, and desserts.
